Evidence-Backed Verification™ evaluates the available evidence presented through approved verification pathways. Why This Exists

Many veterans request their military service records and discover that the official file does not tell the full story of what they actually did.

It may not show every certificate, collateral duty, special assignment, leadership role, training event, volunteer effort, technical contribution, or community-service accomplishment.

Credence Evidence Registry™ — Military Service Edition helps military-connected professionals organize and preserve supporting evidence before it is lost, damaged, forgotten, or separated from the person’s professional story.

Veteran-Founded

As a military veteran, Olivia Roach understands that official records do not always capture the full scope of service. Credence Evidence Registry™ — Military Service Edition is being developed to help military-connected professionals preserve the evidence behind training, leadership, collateral duties, skillsets, certificates, and service contributions that deserve to be remembered and translated into civilian opportunity.

Important Boundary

Credence does not replace official military service records, DD-214s, National Archives requests, branch records, VA records, or official military verification. Credence helps preserve supporting evidence for additional accomplishments, training, and service-related contributions that the individual can document.

What This Can Help Document

Your official service record may show your rank, duty stations, discharge status, awards, and formal service information. But many important contributions may not appear in a standard record request.

That may include training certificates, collateral duties, volunteer service, special projects, leadership responsibilities, technical work, community service, instructor duties, command support, or professional development completed during service. Credence Evidence Registry™ — Military Service Edition helps preserve the record behind those contributions.

Training Certificates

Course completions, professional development, continuing education, instructor training, and other authorized training evidence.

Collateral Duties

Additional responsibilities, appointed roles, safety duties, command support duties, administrative duties, and leadership functions outside the primary job title.

Leadership and Service Contributions

Team leadership, mentorship, community support, base activities, volunteer service, event support, and mission-adjacent contributions.

Technical and Special Projects

Technology work, process improvements, documentation, systems support, training support, logistics, automation, testing, data, cybersecurity-adjacent, or operational support work that is safe and authorized to document.

Military Spouse and Family Contributions

Support roles, volunteer service, family readiness activities, community leadership, care coordination, and military-connected service contributions.

Civilian Skill Translation

Skillsets, responsibilities, training, and accomplishments translated into civilian career fields, job titles, and professional language.
