Overview

Credence as Trust Infrastructure

Credence Reputation Server™ is the programmable trust infrastructure layer for the Reputation Economy. It provides authenticated VAN lookup, credential verification, attestation management, signed Trust Packets, Digital Trust Card generation, and reputation graph traversal — all through a structured API designed for platforms, institutions, marketplaces, and AI agent systems.

⚠️ This API is in Developer Preview. Access is granted to approved partners only. Do not treat preview endpoints as production-stable. Breaking changes may occur between preview versions.

Credence does not position itself as a simple profile directory or rating service. It is infrastructure — a trust engine whose outputs include signed Trust Packets, verified Digital Trust Cards, and reputation graph nodes that partner platforms can query, embed, or build upon.
